The Mouse Guard has thrived under the charismatic leadership of Isolde. They have achieved unprecedented success escorting, pathfinding, and safeguarding the mice of the Territories. The Guard has garnered acclaim and favor not known since the founding days of the Guard.

Furthermore, the past two decades have been filled mild Winters, and bountiful harvests. The mice of the Territories count themselves quiet fortunate, and have been celebrating their prosperity by throwing festivals, opening taverns, and bringing more children into the world. In light of these events, the scholars and historians of the Mouse Territories have officially dubbed this Era “The Great Peace”. They proclaimed such on the 20th Year of Isolde’s Leadership as Matriarch in a grand ceremony in Lockhaven upon the Spring Solstice of 1200.
